Can you touch your toes?
Stand up and attempt a forward bend toe touch while keeping your knees straight. If you could do that without strain or pain, you probably don’t need to keep on reading.
If you were unable to touch your toes, you’re lacking efficient mobility. Although there may be multiple factors contributing to your inflexibility, the most common culprit is tissue tightness in the back of your legs, especially your hamstrings & calves.
Here are 3 suggestions to improve your toe touch flexibility.
Reassess your standing forward bend.
Hopefully, you saw a difference. If you did, add those things to your exercise program.
If you didn’t feel a difference, then there’s something else limiting your flexibility.
